Solution is quite simple. Download [urlnew=http://http://etcfglaunch.googlecode.com/files/etcfgLaunch_setup_0_15_beta.exe]etcfg.Launch[/url] program . Install it (if it will prompt for java download just download it), restart HLSW. Then try to connect to some server. Following window will appear:

Enter into the "Path to ET" path to ET.exe and to the "Path to SLAC" path to SLAC.exe . Press ok.
That's all, setup is finished. Anytime you will try to connect to the etpro server without PB, slac will be automatically started.
