Whats the best programm to cut music files and preferrably is also able to cut sound from movies?

Audacity is free and open source. Don't know if that is what you are looking for.

but it takes ages to import the audio of a movie like 3 hours, is there any way to make it faster with audacity?

dunno bout movies, only producin some audio shit since 1997. maybe split it before or cut the scene before with a video tool and import then . . .

Ich möchte einfach ein Sample (Speech) aus dem Film exportieren....
Ich hab jetzt die 1.3 beta von Audacity wegen dem Timer Record feature aber der öffnet gar keine .avi Dateien...
Wüsstest du kein Programm mit dem man Audiosamples aus .avis oder .mpgs exportieren kann?

wie gesagt hab mich für diesen videoshizzle noch nicht wirklich interessiert, ich kann mir aber vorstellen das professionelle video schnitt programme die möglichkeit bieten die soundspur zu exportieren.

nachdem du die wave bzw mp3 hast (ich bevorzuge loseless audio, also wav) kannst du ezi mit audacity deine chops machen.

Ich checke zwar noch ncht ganz wie ich die audiospur da jetzt exportieren kann aber das finde ich schon noch raus...
