Journals
Since World Cup is here and nothing is being done about the Journals, i suggest that you do the same thing 
sol did last Euro 2008.
Make 1 forum topic before each WC 2010 game, sticky it, and some hours after the match ends (and the discussions cool down) un-sticky it, this will prevent 999 journals if
Green teaches us about English Goalkeeping, or 
Spain show us how to lose the first match after being predicted #1 Winners, or some 
chokes in his vuvuzela etc etc.
I understand you will be jizzing at that moment and try to be first to post a journal, but there are 600 ppl online aswell and will be as anxious as you to be first, and 1 journal would have been enough, so to prevent this, we need 1 forum topic sticky for every match and everything related to the match has to be posted there.
This will also prevent warning points or bans to users if they post a journal at the same time 10 other people do, and then obviously some other people will do it on purpose to create chains, if something "unexpected happens during a WC match" and there is an angry
