i just updated firefox, but now the extension that makes tabs in the bottom of the screen doesn't work :<
it was called tabbrowser preferences. Is there another extension that lets you put tabs on the bottom of the screen?

yeah when tabbrowser preferences didnt work I changed to tab mix plus and then uninstalled preferences even when it got updated

I think theres an option in FF2 preferences that moves it anyway.
