Effects to share

Hi crossfirers !

i have to make a short intro with some pics and videos, around 4 mins, about a disco. I got a music and i have to make transictions that follow the noise.
Which effects do u advise to use ?

i dont need some complex one just some easy way to make a cool intro...didnt use AEF for 7 months so i forgot most of the standard effects....i prefer standard one but if u advise something to download, well it's welcome too ;)
