depends what kinda music u listen to and what kinda sound u like
if i had to recommend something without these infos i would probably say sennheiser HD555 and mod them to HD595, u can find infos by googling its relatively easy mod
HD555 is only like 100€, so if u have integrated soundcard buy a creative x-fi or something like that and the soundquali will improve alot from that too
