internet problem, loss

Hi.

I was browsing the web this morning when suddenly every foreigner servers stopped to answer. I can load anything from hungarian servers. If I ping a hungarian server @ cmd, it gives usual results. If I ping any foreigner server, I get 50% packet loss. It takes 10minutes to load a page from a foreigner server.

I already restarted my modem and router, left out router, removed internet gateway.
Could be problems @ ISP?
Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

Yes, a routing problem, contact your ISP :)
windows + r

"cmd"

"tracert www.google.com"

Tell us the results. Sounds like a routing problem, and those results will probably tell us exactly that.
