Codec H264

Well i downloaded the codec here: http://downloads.phpnuke.org/it/download-item-view-g-g-z-l-y.htm


but seems that after effects cant find the decompressed codec to read and watch the avis that i got in my pc:

How can solve this BIG problem ?

just want to know how can i watch this video on After effects :\ cus it ask for H264 decompressed codec :3

got vlc player but need to watch on AEF cus i have to make a movie with these .Avis

Use media player classic with CoreAVC codec.
Oh and VLC is shit.
