Some ppl just dont want to jailbreak their device because of the warranty lose or the fact that the battery will be empty way faster...

Battery loss is only minimal and you can always manually reset your device if it breaks down.

And still if those things do happen, thousands of people have already jailbreaked their device. I really can't see why you would prefer to pay for apps or only download free apps instead of just jailbreaking it and get every app you want.
