iTunes Sync

iTunes Sync , i have an iphone that doesn't sync anymore , i was able to sync mp4 movies before then randomly it stopped , when i click sync new movies, it only says on top bar backing up , removing apps etc, the movies i had sync before don't show up on the list just the new ones i dragged to movies folder, i already tried reset sync.
