Info for an effect

I have to make a video and there ia sratch between two songs...i got 3 logos showing in the first song after i start with another song with videos...what kind of effect/editing can i use to make it nice ?
i use premiere cs5 (unfortunally this pc doesnt support anymore after effects cus something burned :D)
