set affinity ET 2 core

I got vista home premium and i tried to set affinity to 2 core in taskmanager -> set affinity, but show an error that say u cant proceed with this operation..


how i can i set affinity to 2 core ?

Everest show that only 1 core works all the time o_0

using everest home edition i see that work only 1 processor all the time ... mmmm

et is running only on 1core but some rumours said that it's possible to set et on an other core that et isn't running on the same core like all ur other programms are running on.

Despite the fact that ET is written sequentially; you can assign ET to as many cores as you want, so the OS can schedule ET to any of those cores when ET needs CPU time. It will never utilize more CPU time than one core can handle and it will always run on one of the selected cores, as the workload can't be divided.

i did by Taskmanager but opening a computer monitor i see just 1 core working all the time and going to Process stats on Hardware control panel i see that all 2 cores are working... how can be possible ?

Press "Show all processes" (requires admin access), then you can do it.
