server redirect

Google isn't much help atm so I'm turning to you, CF community. Supposing clan has 2 servers and one server is full, how to set up redirect info so it sends people to other server when 1st one is full?

nothing personal mate but i decided to remove everybody ,except the romanian mates and some friends who are in the clan.i dont wanna have 100 friends in crossfire which anyway i dont talk with most of them or most of them don t give a fuck bout me ;).so i only kept some real mates.but u and me still buddies on xfire :P
