Blue, yes
Not a red
the man has spoken!

TosspoT:I didnt see the incident but I am sure it was a red card - frozz is often right
Parent
yellow at max.
fuck barca only REAL MADRID !
your mature
Parent
your fairplay
Parent
like real madrid is ahahahaha
Parent
like barcelona is fairplay hahahahah
Parent
did i say it is?
Parent
Honestly, Pepe was going for the ball (for once!), it deserved maybe a yellow card, which would have happened in many other matches. Guess it's deserved in a way to punish the whole team for their behaviour...
2 feet off the ground, 1 stretched out @ 20 cm height = red.
Not hitting the guy, dangerous play = yellow
Parent
so, does he have to crash his leg to get a red? please, be serious.
Parent
YES I THINK SO ! How can you redcard someone who did not hit the guy ? He played dangerously, indeed, and the rule says that it deserves a yellow card, never a red one. Plus he was going for the ball and he only raised his foot to the shinbone, that's not very high...
Parent
rules say it can be a yellow card (careless) or a red card (reckless). and it doesn't have to hit the guy. i can't see why would anyone not give a red card for a reckless attempt, even if it didn't touch the opponent (who evaded the attack in the last moment).
Parent
Id love to see how you would stretch for the ball from that distance without the second foot leaving the ground. Is the second foot going anywhere near Alves? Nope,
Parent
The point is, he didn't have to show Alves his studs. Elevate your leg - ok - but don't elevate your foot.
Parent
afaik the rule says that if there is no contact you cannot book the guy, you can only give him a yellow card for intent (which is stupid because you're not in the guys head)
also the ref was 999metres away how the fuck could he call a red card that's stupid, and alvez dived hard, barca crying as usual, should have all gotten a yellow card for acting.
Parent
he gave it after linesman told him to do so. blame the guy with the flag instead of Stark.
Parent
than the linesman should be suspended for that call and the referee too, they are a team.

also 10,000$ fine for dani alves, have never seen such bad acting since Dida and Rivaldo
Parent
Dida was just lulz :D 10k$ fine would be lulz, he earns moar in a week anyway so why would he care? And I think bundesliga's worst ref (Stark) shouldn't be picked for the game anyway.
Parent
well it's obvious that barca always get the decision in the UEFA, happens everytime, even vs chelsea, eventhough i hate them, they were obviously robbed.
Parent
hey hey Barca got robbed of penalty in the 1st game with Chelsea! wat is this
Parent
Barcelona have only come against two "big tests" this season. Real Madrid and Arsenal.

- Arsenal beat Barca 2-1 at home.
- In the second leg, Van Persie gets sent off 3 minutes after Arsenal score(which would be putting them through)
- No matter how you put it, even though Arsenal were being completely outplayed, the sending off put Arsenal at a big disadvantage.
- The earlier goal gave Arsenal a big boost, and meant that Barcelona had to score 2 to win.
- Not impossible with 11 men.

Real Madrid have played Barca 4 times this season.
- every single time.... Real Madrid have had a man sent off.
- Pepes tackle was never a red.
- And funnily enough that was the turning point of the game.
- Barcelona played poor yesterday apart from messi.
- As mourinho said, it was bound for a 0-0.

I am not into the whole conspiracy theory thing, but no one can deny that they have had a fcuk load of luck recently against big teams.
Parent
Well out of 4 times this red was kinda only "unfair" one, though Pepe could have easily been booked before, then booked for this play. And Barca scored 5 goals before Ramos got red in 1st game :) as for Arsenal they didn't even get shot on goal in that game
Parent
- Gratz, you only said about ref decisions for Barca. How about Barcelona's correct goal for 2-0 denied in London?
- Van Persie's second yellow was valid. And he should be out in the first half anyways. And no, Barcelona only needed one to get a draw (1-2, 2-1). And then, they would have had more time to score the other goal.
- How about all Real players getting away without a red card for standing on opponent's legs? Real is lucky they finished with no less than 10 players in at least two of these matches... Look - if Real players are getting sent out, what does it mean? International plot against Madrid or the simpler explanation - they deserved? They just play too brutal and pay the price of that. Let them start playing football and it will change.
- That was always a red card. Turning point? But that's obvious that a red card is a turning point. So?
- Yes, they have luck that nobody has lost his leg, yet.
Parent
I agree though, for example, Busquets should get red in the previous match, and some yellow cards for simulating.
Parent
ermh, ever heard of aytekin, brych, rafati, ...
Parent
Quotehave never seen such bad acting since Dida and Rivaldo

Parent
dangerous tackle, could hit alves face. => 6 months suspension
LOL?????????

there are no players that are 50cm tall
Parent
he troll. also there was always risk of Busquets rolling around there
Parent
50cm, that's barça's average ...
That's the reason why they always get hands on their faces imo
Parent
LOL @ JEWS MANIPULATING SPANISH SPORTS MEDIA.
Never a red. Not even in Sunday league football!!
in sunday league football thats what would be commended as 'Good Effort!'
Parent
lol he watches the ball but is clearly going for alves' leg
deserved red card even if the rules dont say so. pure luck for real that barca sold ibrahimovic. he would have killed these retards
wait you get cards for that?

fucking soccer :DD
had his studs showing & went through the ball and made contact with opposition player, always risking a red with that sort of thing.
I dont think it was enough for insta red card, no contact and intention is debatable, yellow card+warning would be my call. But, hats off to the master talent of acting for barcelona yesterday, they outacted real by huge margin
how about pinto who punches someone in the face? deserved red?

p.s barcelona deserved winner
but he got red :D
Parent
i mean, was it a deserved red? since it wasn't really a "punch"
Parent
lol he jumps in there like a fucking fag, still if u play fotball on such level u know you wouldnt go in for the ball like that...

red card, why? well the situation could have ended up bad, no reason to not give the card just cause it didnt imo
Still best team won..
Rooney will rape all these spanish gayboiis anyway.
imo it all started from di marias wonderful dive near barcas 16... kinda made barca mad... boy di marias smug smile was funny after he noticed he won a free kick for real
it all started before you were even born!
Parent
Di Maria is plain stupid, look at him, he only manages to dribble one or two players, then keeps the ball and fails at third player, EVERY TIME ! Fuck that asshole
Parent
Barca were a bunch of pussies last night.
Pepe cant do anything else but foul.
this community is full of stupid real fans. Whining about diving, while they've got players like c.ronaldo and di maria. The fact is that the only thing mourinho is good at is ruining reals playstyle with his ultra defensive anti-football tactic. That's a shame, since real have some talented players that should be allowed to play their own style. At least Barca tried to play their own style, which is enjoyable for us to watch, eventho a lot of their players are injured. The red card was deserved since he clearly didn't go after the ball, and everyone that actually have played football know that this is a red card(the tackle on alonso should have given a card as well, at least a yellow since it was at the start of the match).
just stfu x)
what is classified as anti-football style? serisouly, the way morinho plays is also football. nobody said football had always to be ultra offencive...
barcelona their style ejoyable.
making fking 2000 passes in a game and 1900 in your own half always passing to your defence and goalkeeper because you can't go through a WELL DEVELOPED DEFENCE is not enjoyable and boring...
the red card was not deserved... he went for the ball and got the ball aswell. that barcaplayer got hit a litle and cried like a baby. (what barca does already for 4 years)
Parent
another real madrid fan :) you clearly don't know much about football. Defensive football ISN'T enjoyable to watch, offensive is. That's why Seria A isn't always fun to watch, score 1 goal and then all their 11 players are defending. I can't believe that real fans still like mourinho. He won the spanish cup, after defending for almost 120 mins. Real got some really talented players, but when they're playing with mourino's defensive tactic, they can't show them self and play their own style. The players in madrid are clearly offensive players. You should take a look on some of the players reactions, etc in the start of the match where c.ronaldo is the only one running after the ball, but gives up because he got NO backup at all. Barca is always playing offensive and they're always backing each other up.

And you got to be kidding me with your 'WELL DEVELOPED DEFENCE' cause messi made you look like little boys.
Parent
I'm not a real fan, so you actually failed hard here already.
If refs didn"t advantage that much messi, nobody would be afraid to go on him. wtf are you saying made you look... rofl i'm not playing for madrid, not because you support a game you can tell WE, if i were defender in real, he wouldn't even get close to the goal. since i'm faster than he is and am stronger technicaly than him..
Parent
rofl you think it's that easy to stop messi? damn you must be stupid. And if you try to tackle him, he always tries to go on and not dive like c.ronaldo or di maria. Messi is one of the fastest players, and that's why the only way to stop him is to make a faul(mostly).
Parent
no it's not easy to stop messi, but i lolled when the 3 real players just didn't try anything to stop him. they were like, nah if i hit him he's gonna fall on the ground and get the penal... let's let him through.
Parent
Not a red. Yellow max
