I just played Brink. edits*

Hi!
So I played Brink with bots. Here's my review:

FPS

My specs:
Core 2 Duo E4600, 2,4Ghz
Asus EAH HD4850 512GDDR3
2x1GB 667Mhz RAM
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
So it's Brink's minimal, I had about 40-50fps as I felt, @ 1024x768. But it didn't effect at bullet firing speed as in other games like cs or cod.
Edit: On outsider maps I have about 15-20FPS, this way this is unplayable really.

Gameplay
I only played 3-4 maps, but the gameplay was fast. The guns are accurate even without iron sight, but they start to shake with the crosshair after firing with them 10bullets. And you shot ur ammo very very fast, I mean it takes 2-3 secs to fire a whole magazine. I think with promod and patches it'll be a very nice game. I felt a stranger on the map and I don't like this so called "smart" mode, but otherwise I like the game.
Edit: It's really annoying that most of the guns start shaking after firing some bullets.
Edit: The guns are underpowered I think, You can fire a whole magazine/clip in 3 secs but you hardly can kill the enemy with it.
It's hard to notice where you get the hit from. Nades are lame, they are like a popping over the whole map.


Tho I won't buy the game at first place since I don't know how many ppl actually like it and will play, so my buy depends on the community size.
Oh one more question, you can't set up private server, right? Cause of this steam thingie, or am i wrong?
I'll write more things later this evening or this week.

Edit: Robaciek just replied me, and he thinks it's not possible to make promod for brink under steam. Since I don't know shit about steam I am asking you, is it true or not?
