Help again on movie please?

Ok , so I made the movie and I want uploaded it to youtube but its 240p.
The quality is HD on my PC but on youtube its crap.
How can I make it 720p HD?

upload to windows movie maker, save it with windows movie maker and choose the MB u like it to be

I made it with windows mm and I choosed when I saved this option: "Save movie - For HD monitors.
