R_mode 4 help

i'm trying to play with r_mode 4, with an LCD 18'' and i feel more playable for my laptopt cus it sux...in maps like supply / deli i dont see a shit..

atm i'm using mapoverbright 2, picmip2 1, picmip 3 and overbrights 0

someone that use that resolution have some advise to see better ?

i use r_mode 4 at 17crt

if you dont like r_mode 4, why use it?

just wanted to say that you have to play around with these settings :P

but well i have (not using r_mode 4 though):
r_gamma 2
r_intensity 1.5
r_mapoverbrightbits 2
r_overbrightbits 0.99
r_ignorehwgamma 1
