Nvidia Driver Update

So a couple weeks ago my ET went down to 50/125 fps..so I looked into updating my Nvidia drivers..nothing happened..tried more and more..I'm currently on the 280.26 Drivers. Note: I have Threaded Optimization turned off. I'm wondering if it's my processor. Thanks CF. Any help is appreciated. I just want my 125 fps back, on every map. :/

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6700 2.66 GHz , 2gb, 32 bit Vista, GFX GeForce 8600 GTS. Anything else?

finished mass effect 1+2 again with all quests and dlc just to have perfect save @ me3 :~>

ALL SHIT OFF
0 on preframes
sinlge display
clamp
force off
conformant texture clamp: OFF fucking OFF

when u bought ur grafic card it came with a cd

use it and install those drivers(ONLY THE DRIVERS, no other shit like audio or anything that its not ONLY the driver)

u will do a CLEAN graphic driver install

after that use this

no need to report again
this will work and ull get 125fps again

How can I do a CLEAN graphic driver install if I don't have the disc ? I've uninstalled completely..(nvidia) and reinstalled atleast 4 times now. ://

u installed the link i found on olders drivers ?

clean install means u unistall in a way that after that only windows driver will work at a very low resolution(like its coming from a format)(for clean driver install search google) or ask the peeps at cf

im off for a week
