Anyone got it running yet?
My first thoughts are that it really is another good improvement, in fact its a very big improvement, i cant test out Siri until my 4s arrives on friday but been testing the icloud and imessages apps etc and so far i must say its really really good, the latest phone itself may only be a facelift but the true genius is in the OS.
Biggest improvements for me:
iMessage - For someone with low signal in the house but great internet like me this is a blessing, no charges for texts and everything just sent over the wifi network
iCloud - Seems like a great idea, i managed to get a quality e-mail address as an early adopter, only downside is the limit on 5GB backup before you need to pay to increase your storage, some will slate that but its just good business from apple and after all with 5GB you can backup everything thats crucial to you. Your music (i imagine the biggest drain on your phone storage) you probably have on your pc/mac anyway.
Mail - Much improved, it was about time that you could e-mail in html but again i must say the way they have the OS so you can edit, put in italics etc absolutely pisses all over my works blackberry.
Wifi Sync - Again helpful, no more need for the cable and seamlessly syncs when you arent using your pc
All in all i'm really impressed with the iOS update
p.s. i dont care what you think Beasty i love it :P <3
p.p.s. RIP Steve Jobs <3

R.I.P.
fucking nazis retards.
bible believing reat
e: why would you get 4S? :x it's no use when you already have 4, rather buy galaxy S2 or smth then..
Set up my iCloud with my Mac. Gonna be great not having to sync my calendar and contacts all the time, and this way, at least I got a copy!! Got the email address that i wanted aswell! Already forwarding my GMail across :D
When I get my 4S tomorrow, I'll see if it's working better!
Also, thinking about getting an iPhone but not sure whether to get the 4S or just the 4.
edit: GCD has been around since iOS 4 and is used heavily by a lot of apps, therefore a lot of apps are already "multi-core-ready" without the need of a rewrite or patch.
HE CHANGED THE WORLD PEOPLE!!
It even runs on the 3GS, which is awesome for developers like me. This way I know I can reach a lot of users while using the latest and greatest API's
Running GM at the moment.
