If I read the title "fast food...", does it mean that I am hungry?

You mean, you have a vid clip which has an audio track in it, and you drag the clip into Vegas timescale? And Vegas doesn't show the audio track for the clip?

If so, then it's probably a codec issue. You should check/know the audio codec used in the clip and install it. Even after that it could be possible that Vegas isn't compatible with the codec. If it happens, you should probably extract the audio track from the clip some other way (e.g Audacity) and use it uncompressed in Vegas.
no its not a clip with music on it. It's a simple .mp3 file which doesn't show me any music waves on that track..

Ah... well, it could still be a codec issue. Tho I don't know how exactly, if it's an mp3 file. Does Vegas play the track?

Guess you could still try to extract it into an uncompressed file and then use it Vegas, if it doesn't work otherwise.
Parent
yes vegas plays the track so I guess it's not a file problem more a vegas view problem but I don't really know which one and I actually need that waves to sync clips much better :/
Parent
Hmm... yea. Sounds weird and annoying. I'd still go for uncompressing it. :) It's hard to imagine Vegas having any problems with a .wav file.
Parent
still doesn't work :/
Parent
Not even as a .wav file? Then it sounds like a Vegas bug. Suppose you have already tried restarting Vegas or rebooting your PC? And maybe restarting your project from scratch. Nothing else I could think of except for random googling.
Parent
He doesn't show me any file.. I still think it's a view problem from vegas :/ I guess the solution is to reinstall sony vegas but thats to much work...
