Music changes, clearly its popular. I personally like *some* Skrillex songs but not all of them, to many are just noise to me. As far as Nicki Minaj goes, I don't really see the problem?

You described Skrillex pretty accurately so I'm not going to spend too much time discussing his nomination, think there are much better musicians, also in his genre. In general, my amazement is not so much aimed at them as artists or musicians or whatever, it's just that I have great difficulties with the category of that nomination. Is this really 'the best' contemporary music has to offer?
