Hey guys,
So after posting music tracks, mixes, photos, videos, & and all kinds of bullshit, it's time I present to you a business idea. My friends & I created an iPhone app on our spare time. It's basically a car database with a bit over 3000 models from the European market for iPhone, iPad, iPod.
23:00 @griim • pretty impressive
Public we aim: car lovers, potential car buyers , curious people who want to learn more about cars & dave.
It features specifications, photos, rankings and a "favorite" tool.
Very next update: fullscreen photos when turning the iPhone, comparative tool & bug fixes.
On iTunes
Website
Book of faces
So if any of you end up downloading it, try to give me feedback here plox :d. I'll be glad to answer any questions.
We did this for the business experience more than the money, although I think if we spend enough time on it we can go far.

@edit: if you need some cheap place/server for hosting your project let me know :)
lolo
Anyway I d be curious to know what kind of other apps u tried! The only one we found that is pretty good is "carbuzz" but it mostly looks at the American market.
Also: Does your app need internet access or can you still see all the data/pictures offline?
Well with the new update and full screen images, the app might weigh 130Mb which is a lot. So we will either make clients download images from a server as they browse (like a website) or make them download photos after buying when they are on wifi or something. We ll see very soon what we decide. What do u think?
An option for saving all images on the phone would be very nice. That's the only reason for me to use such an app at all. Cause If I have (fast) internet I would just google/wiki the cars anyway. + If you can download them via wifi on your phone then browsing with that app through the cars will be much faster/smoother ;)
And again: if you need a cheap server/hosting place let me know ;D
Buy "Kush" on iTunes
gl!
Might take a look at it 2morro if i can remember!
