Edit sky

Hello cf fellows, does anyone know where in pak0,1 etc. are textures for sky ? I would like to change sky to something like this - http://i078.radikal.ru/1005/9e/e70ab06beeee.jpg .

You can change the weather with some effects if you can't find the texture pack

AAE Right? My friend is editing it in css fragmovies,i want too because i dont know how to do it in AAE or Sony vegas.
