Vibrate. Why would you annoy people around you (and make a fool of yourself -but you act like you feel perfectly alright whereas you just try to hang on as fast as possible so you can stop the damn embarrassing music) with retarded music, baby laughs or any ridiculous sound that can come out of your phone.
