Open a map with winrar - move the .bsp-file of map to some directory
Map - Load - Choose the .bsp file which you just moved.
Place points by pressing mouse1. If you want it to go higher/lower adjust 'z'
Use 3d-mode (make sure it's 'locked') to change pitch & yawn. Pitch and yawn define in what direction your camera is looking at. Press >| to move to the next point. You can also move points in 3D-mode by scrolling up.
To make your camera 'lean' use roll (negative values make it lean left)
Finally press create in the script section, save it to your etpro folder , open the game and type /exec <cam name> (make sure you're in 'freecam mode')
I render uncompressed from vegas with my in game resolution (1280x1024) and 30 fps (cl_avidemo 120 in game). I use indu's movie cfg atm which you can find here -> http://www.indu.planet.ee/staff/indu_movie_tutorial/
