Blowing up a jpeg

Could anyone blow up a jpeg but keep an ok quality for me no bigger than 200x200?

Everytime i try it looks shit.

You can't make images bigger without making them pixelated, it's unpossible.

it can be done, convert then to vector images, then resize and convert them back.

dunno how you do this but it should be possible

Well the solution sounds plausible, however I haven't heard of any program that is possible to convert a pixel image to vector information.

You can try to replicate it yourself in illustrator for instance. But a program that converts pixel values into vectors... would be a neat program, cause I can only think of how complex it would be.

You can find some programs that can do it but im lazy, like the canonscanner 8600 its got a program that can blow it upto like 19200 pixelzZz, but tink its just in the scanner, anyway, thats what i tell the customers that ask about scanner ;o)
