need moviemaker help

i create one clip but theres a problem in graphic. i've some strange stripes tru the picture. maybe some can tell me whats wrong. i have ati card, clip was recorded with 100fps.

Didn't watch but try field scan : none in vegas.

why does microsoft.com lagg so much, im trying to dl mylearning and its just laggggggggg ;e maybe it doesnt like firefox =E
