vlc prob

since i got a new screen (from 17" to 19")
i can't watch movies anymore with VLC..
When i open a movie, i just see a black screen..

What i have to do? maybe resolution or i dunno ;/

Already tried it with WMP or something else? Try install the codecs again or smthng

google it, i had the solution (same problem when i got my new pc with vista) if you still have the problem when i get home i will look it up for ya. will be at 17:30GMT or something tough :p

If I open a movie like S4rna the movie then it lags like hell

openen met nieuwste media play0r, vlc begint bij heel veel ook al kut te lopen ;/

found some free time during my job, this is only with vista tough but it might work for you too:
1. Open VLC media player.
2. Click on Settings and select Preferences… .
3. Expand Video and click on Output modules.
4. Check Advanced options in the lower right corner.
5. Set Video output module to either “DirectX“, “OpenGL” or “Windows GDI“
