Best screencapture prog?

I am making a video and most of my content is gonna come from youtube unfortunately, therefor I need to capture it in avi/wmv somehow so I can drop it onto vegas.

What is the best program for this?

noob, why would you want to capture a browser playing flash when you can just save the flv flash file and convert to an avi... I'm sure vegas should have a plugin or something for playing flv's anyway by now...

just use vdownloader. downloads the file and converts it to avi automatically.

ye, take videos with youtube quality, re-encode it and you have a nice pixels thingy which could remotly be recognized as a video
