ok ok. there is an icon that is called text selection tool or something. click that first, after that you can select text and use ctrl+c / ctrl+v like anywhere else

On the top menu's choose TOOLS, then Select & Zoom and then "Select Tool". After that you can select whatever you want and copy and paste and stuff

and yes, depending on the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you have, cuz I doubt you are using the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

If you have photoshop:
New Layer - Apply Image - ctrl+a - ctrl+c - ctrl+v

If you don't have photoshop:
