motionblur and Adobe Premiere?

I know how it works in vegas, but it doesnt really work the same way in Adobe Premiere :o

havent worked in premiere in a long time but i think that frame blending is on by default, so just speed the clip up

In the newest version frame blending is on by default, which is quite annoying.
