when I start my pc..

When I start my computer this will be my desktop, just the pic and nothing else:
image: cfprob2aw1

When I restart my computer around 7 times or smth, then it works again:
image: cfprob1hm4

So what do I have to do ? :<

tbh, i did format and then it worked. But I format my comp almost every 2months so, don't know if u wanna do it.
Have no other solution :<

format.

try safe mode first ( f8 while booting ), check settings ... it seems like you explorer.exe won't boot.

If you get a screen like the fist pic, try crtl-alt-del

--> start new service --> explorer ...

otherwise FORMAT

looks like explorer.exe problem...
press ctrl+alt+del and close the program then add it again...

Press ctrl + alt + del, select "File" or smth @ the upper left corner, select "New task" or something and type explorer.exe and press OK.

i always have to press f8 during startup and run the debugmode, otherwise winblows wont boot

Try this
right click on the desktop
put your mouse over "Arrange Icons By" until it expands
notice in the expanded box there is an option that says "show desktop icons". If there is no checkmark beside it, then your icons will be hidden. Just click on it and that should fix you up.

WINDOWS R --> explorer.exe
or

Windows R -> msconfig -> opstarten ---> add explorer.exe
