moving .gif file.

i want to make a file in .gif in which smaller images change every 10 seconds. i have no clue with which program you do this kind of stuff although i heard ImageReady is a good program for this.

it's for a site and the image must look like it's an automated photobook. so not a real flash photobook or something like that. but just something without controls that shows a new picture every 5 to 10 seconds with something like 5 to 10 pictures. this is doable with a .gif file right?

well is ImageReady any good and if so; how? or do i really need a flash program?

EDIT: something like the ad in the Crossfire banner :) though not with different texts changing all the time. just 1 rotating field of photo's.

open ImageReady

open all the pics u want in the .gif
make sure that the window "animation is opened"
Klick on one of ur pictures
go on the little "animation" wondow and create a new frame
now klick on the next picture and press CTRL + A (for marking everything) and then CTRL +C (to copy)
go back to the first pic and press CTRL + V (to copy in)
now do the same everytime till u got all ur pics in
at the end u can also choose how it should show ur pics and for how long.

i hope u understand :p i know my english sux and i got the programm in german so sry-.-

do it in photoshop, use the animation tab. its the simplest thing going. even tosspot is a master gif-maker*

exactly the same like in imageReady :s
btw but how u save it in photoshop :s cus i can't finde this option u've to take on imageready that u get a .gif at the end??

can be done with both imageready and flash, but since you need smth like the crossfire ad, i'd go for flash, easier with the effects
