Sound editing

Could somebody explain me how you can remove background sounds, when u have a cheap headset recording like this.

download free trial from adobe . . . soundbooth is easy to use and u get fast to ur goal.

otherwise i would use magic samplitude or wavelab with a customized filter . . .
