WHAT THE FAKK?

Usually i always have a "gd" ping on cybergames (98) and 2day i have 150 plus! like what the bakk!?

On german server i got 98. but if italy is closer why should i have a fucked up american-like ping? Pls donate some cash to Malta's ISP instead of ET :PPP
