When I open it it immediately closes

I dont want to open a journal: How can i Render my project in Adobe after effects ? :o I just made a text with effects and i cant save into an avi :P

Hmm... There is some way to reset your preferences upon startup, but I can't remember... Try holding down shift+ctrl+alt when starting Photoshop, and answer "yes" to delete settings file, if you ever get that far. I think that was it.
