Downloading flv. file

I got a file that i need to download

Any izi way of doing that, and then converting it to avi or smth

try videodownloader or find the file in the page source :D

there is a "downloadhelper" for firefox that should help you downloading flv.
with a "flvsplitter" or a kazaa codec pack u can easily play that movie with the media player classic
