thats just the trace itself. to open a camtrace in ETPro you see at the right side(in camtrace3D), Script, Create, name.cfg in put it in your etmain folder.
Go freecam in a demo and exec name.cfg
download a program called pakscape, open a ET map in pakscape and get the .bsp out of it. once you have done that you open camtrace 3D and load your map. if u ve done that add some random "trace-points" on your map. Script > Create > name.cfg > open demo> freecam > /exec name.cfg
to change your point of view change the "numbers" at the right side in camtrace3D.
Basically you need to create several camera points (use a binded button in freecam mode while you watch a demo). You import those points into camtrace and you will get a curve. Saving that curve creates a .ep3t file. You can use existing .ep3t files by opening them in camtrace 3d.
