Ipod convertingg

I got my ipod classic today and i want to put some movies on it, ive tried some program called m2convert, and it works fine, exept that its a trial.
Then ive tried videora, I select my file and then press convert, but nothing happens -_-

Any other programs? or shit i do wrong?

Ive tried it to, i select my file, i press convert, and then it stays at that screen, so i go to progress, but nothing happens-_-

im using videora iPod classic converter, it works fine :]
