How to get the most smooth view in game?

I just wondered If It Is possible and how to get the most smooth view in game without any use of illegal softwares like RivaTuner or ATI Tool,
Something like image: 2928v34, for example - made by KiLl3rBoY, RivaTuner @ 0.0 LODBias

Is there any other commands to make the view of the game "clean"&smooth?

You shouldnt say anything if you cant help him. Since when r_intensity or r_mapoverbrightbits can make the textures smooth? -.-

matter of fact, no commands he said make the game "smooth"

allright, having maxpackets 100 & maxfps over 100 helps alot, if you have a shit pc for et, 76 fps and 75 maxpackets will do

Go to google and learn something. You can always try it with your own hands. R_picmip smooth the textures and make the game run smooth (ofc there is more cvars that could help).

My littlebrothers config was more smooth than killerboy's "rivatuner test" But I lost that whit format :< Meaby I could find some of my old configs from some et config site whit same settings that my brother had.
