favourites on firefox

with Internet Explorer, when i saved the crossfire site under the name "cf", all i had to do was type "cf" and i would be redirected to this site. but this doesnt work with firefox :( is there an other way to reach this effect? maybe a simple option i didnt see?

in opera you can create variable. g justfuckinggoogle it would open google, cf xfire and so on.
Just drag and drop it to the space above your tabs, 1 click greater than typng in cf anyway.
do properties on the crossfire bookmark, type cf in the keyword field.

another nice one is to right click on the search field on e.g. wikipedia and then click add keyword for this search.

then you can write 'wp rickroll' in the address bar to search for it.

I knew about custom search keywords (I have a few, wp, slang, bash, etc) but I didn't know there was a shorter way of doing it, cheers! :P
