movie file problem

I've got this picture with 277x275 size ( so not that big )
and i want to put music on this picture for like 15 minutes
When I do this with vegas or windows moviemaker

I get my video file but I only see a small part of my picture with the music :x

any help?

use pan/crop, to zoom it

Put output resolution the same as your picture resolution

Yeah, change the vegas project settings to the 277x275 resolution

in the preview it looks ok but when you save it, it's fucked again :(

check your template then, make sure template is same res as teh pic :<
