open folders with firefox

if You type a folder location in internet explorer's adressbar then it opens the folder
but if you type a folder location in firefox you'll get some firefox index browser.

Is there a way to open folders with firefox like in IE ?

EDIT: unless if you mean that it doesn't open the map in a new explorer window.

How do you display bookmarks as icons only? Can't seem to find an option for it..

it's no option.

just drag the url on the bar, go to the properties and remove the 'name'.
then only the icon will show, but it will be a blank sheet of paper.
click that icon, and if the site has a favicon, it will show!

obviously you can't directly from FF... it only works in IE cuz it's both from microsoft and microsoft implemented that extra feature

found solution with "IE tab" addon. The reason i need it is i'm making a site with all my movies (with covers) for local use. So its easy to open a folder of the movie that way
