i recorded on tft and didnt see the lines of refreshrate, maybe its just luck dunno , need to try some day whit movie cfg, but still there is problem how to add special effects :/
1. Click File -> Import -> Import Video Clip. Open your avi file.
2. Click Destination -> Video Format. Choose minimal video resolution.
3. Click Destination -> Frames per second. Choose desired fps value (minimal or acceptable).
4. Finally, click Destination -> Export -> Video for Windows -> … choose filename. Select sound quality (to minimize file size use average quality). OK. Choose XviD.
5. Done! AVI file size has been reduced.
And besides it gives this scanning effect , because of the different refreshrate of monitor and camera
I assume the camera uses its own compressor so that its incompatible with vegas ?
