Problem with subtitles at VLC (dutch allowed)

Iedere keer als ik een film ofzo afspeel met VLC, gaan m'n ondertitels sneller dan de film zelf, ik kan wel manueel synchroniseren om de zoveel tijd, maar daar hebk geen zak aan, ik wil gewoon naar mn film kunnen kijken zonder de hele tijd ondertitels te moeten verzetten

weet iemand hoe dit komt?

English:

Every time i play a movie with VLC movie player, my subtitles go faster than the movie, i can manually synchronise, but the subtitles keep going ahead of my movie and i don't wanna synchronise all the time, what may cause this problem?

any help will be very much appreciated


*edit: i tried several versions already and had it with a lot of movies so i don't think the version of the subtitle is the problem (however it's possible i always get the wrong one)
