Depends what your definition of inexpensive is.
All of those I listed 'should' be available within that price bracket, all will run the latest generation of games and give you a small amount of future-proofing.

The HD4850/70 mentioned below by NViz wont be.

Peronally I would stay away from the 38 series of ATi unless your budget is really stretched.

8600 GT isn't expensive and is a good cg :)
