blur

Plz someone help me, when I record a demo with cl_avidemo 60 and speed the avi up 200% and have 30 fps for the final rendering, I can see the blur in my vegas preview but it disappears when I do the final rendering... and its wayne if I compress the movie directly in vegas or first export it uncompressed and compressing it after in vdub or megui...
