go to iphone dev blog and download the torrents for quickpwn 2.2

upgrade your iphone in itunes to firmware 2.2


then run quickpwn. Takes about 3 minutes.

Once that's done, go to iphonedownloadblog.com and read about changing the mobileinsallation file which takes about 3 minutes.

then go to appulo.us and download free apps
