How can I modify speed for specific points?

If I use cl_avidemo 200, do I need to change anything to record correctly?

I wanna make curves slower, how can i do that?
If put cl_avidemo 200, duration 20 seconds, does it records everything?

Ok now I have problem. I tried to record, but all destroyable things were gone, etc doors,chairs,signs!
