lol how do i make new empty background in photoshop?

like... if i have a pic and i cut something.. and i want to put the cut thing on empty background..

:DDD tried google ...


edit: alright.. got that.. well i cut a text and a face.. now i want to turn that text around :D (text and a face arent together as a same pic)


how do i turn around things :D:D:D:D:<3

like make a new document then click and drag what you've cut?

File > New file

Paste

use paint, make empty background, ctrl a ctrl c ctrl v -> problem solved!

create a new image and paste it.
(when creating a new image you can choose if you want to have a colored / transparent background)
